For deliveries within the Greater Accra Region we have partnered third party delivery companies to ensure that you receive your order in the most convenient way.
Deliveries outside the region are made through DHL or the VIP or STC coaches, depending on the customer’s preference.
International shipping is done in collaboration with DHL. Once necessary quality checks are done, your products are shipped directly to your doorstep.

You cannot change/ cancel an order once payment has been approved.

You do need an account to place an order once registration is successful or complete.
How Can I Return a Product?
Defective products will be replaced once they are reported to Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days upon receipt of goods. All such products must be returned in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied by the order number for verification.
