1. Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. WEAR Ghana reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after your credit card payment has been authorized and approved. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading and agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions.
3. Return Policy
All products, once sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for damaged/inferior quality products provided they are reported to Customer Service via email@example.com within 3 days upon receipt of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the order number for verification.
4. Exchange Policy
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:
• Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
• Product is found to be damaged.
If the product(s) received is wrong or damaged, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Our Customer Service will arrange to deliver the missing/damaged item(s).
All products to be exchanged have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the order number for verification.
5. Pricing Policy
WEAR Ghana reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, under the instruction of manufacturers and distributors, and errors in advertising.
6. Stock Availability
WEAR Ghana cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by Email / Phone and remove the title from your order.
7. Order Fulfilment Policy
WEAR Ghana is committed to fulfil all customer orders in the shortest possible time. We generally estimate that most orders will be delivered within 3 – 5 days if outside Accra/Tema (including most international destinations, via DHL Global Delivery) and within 48 hours in Accra/Tema if items are in stock.
Customer cannot hold WEAR Ghana responsible for any delays or non-fulfillment of an order due to out-of-stock or any other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Custom Duty Charges
WEAR Ghana does not charge any customs duties on International shipments; however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages containing books, music, or video and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
9. African Prints
WEAR Ghana uses authentic African prints in making its beautiful outfits. We buy these prints from textile companies here in Ghana. These companies do not hold stock of prints for long as they keep introducing newer designs to the market regularly. Therefore, it is most likely that the African print used on the website will be different from what will be used for your outfit.
